CEMS is a global alliance of leading business schools, multinational companies and NGOs that offer the CEMS Master's in International Management (MIM).
As a founding member of CEMS and the only participant in Spain, ESADE offers highly motivated students the opportunity to obtain two renowned international degrees, combining an ESADE MSc in Management degree with the CEMS MIM.
The CEMS MIM will immerse you culturally and linguistically while challenging you to actively put your skills into practice. It will give you valuable opportunities to discuss real-life business situations with specialists from multinational corporations and prestigious academic institutions.
This exposure to experts is one of the factors that led the Financial Times to rate the programme as fourth best in the world in September 2015.

Temario
The CEMS Master in International Management is undertaken together with one of ESADE's Masters in Management programmes. Please note that this option is not available for MSc in Global Strategic Management students. The CEMS master has a duration of one year, divided into three terms.
Metodología
Students in the CEMS MIM have the opportunity to take part in the Business Project initiative, through which companies from a wide range of industries pose challenges to participating students, the latter assuming the role of consultants.
Thirteen companies will take part this year. The companies have posed challenges such as improving their sales force's segmentation, increasing sales of a specific product, increasing their international sales, developing a strategic plan to double the company's size in five years, improving online sales channels, and identifying market niches in several predefined countries.
The Business Project at ESADE consists of two phases: 1) Analysis and diagnosis of the company's request: and 2) Development of the detected opportunities. On midterm day, halfway through the project, the students present their project analyses and diagnoses for each company project.

Perspectivas laborales
Graduates from the CEMS Master's in International Management go on to work in a variety of positions.
Most enter the business consultancy field in both the public and private sectors.
Others take on management positions in multinational companies, in areas including international sales and marketing, general management and finance.
